Our team is growing and hiring a part time office admin to help keep our studio running smoothly and our team happy. From ordering snacks to helping plan company events, no task is too big or too small. We're looking for someone who is not just checking tasks on a list, but is engaged with the team to proactively anticipate the needs for the office.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, loves operations, and has previous experience working in an admin role in a creative office environment.
This is a part-time role, starting at 15-20 hours per week. We place a high value on both individual growth and work/life balance. While there are opportunities to grow within this role, especially in people operations or finance support, this is not a design position and should not be approached as a way to gain studio experience as a designer.
